PropServ will not be liable for any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees and other legal costs) arising out of or in connection with the transaction over the property.
• The service fee collected from Individuals in the mentioned survey shall be Refundable, provided that i) Property not identified within the specified budget, location ii) Response being low for a common requirement (<5 for a particular locality and budget) iii) Property options not presented within 12 months of taking down requirements or any date decided mutually between PROPSERV & employees. And, shall not be refunded if, Property presented to employee as per criteria but employee backs out or not eligible for any reason whatsoever.
• Any projections, opinions, assumptions or estimates are subject to market conditions and may not represent current or future performance of a property. Clients and their tax and legal advisors should conduct their own investigation of any property listed and any contemplated transaction concerning any property listed.
