Lanco Hills provides the perfect ambience for the individual to discover their hidden talent and even a Champion inside. After I made Lanco Hills my home, I found a new passion in the game of Racquetball.
I developed a passion for the game and started hitting the courts at 6 am, everyday! My family and friends were surprised to see me wake up so early and adopt a strict discipline of playing every day and improve my game. Indeed it was a new lifestyle for me, but one that added exhilaration to otherwise mundane routine. The turning point came when in March 2014 when our Club Zeus at Lanco Hills hosted the first international Racquetball tourney in India. I was thrilled when among 62 participants from across the world I won the Runners up title in the men’s singles.
Writing is a solitary occupation, but for one to write, the ideas must germinate among people. The more people you meet, you get food for thought, your vista opens up and you start discovering different worlds, often very distinct from your own. At Lanco Hills I met people from various fields and a rich repertoire of knowledge and insight. Our community here has people from all age groups with a passion for written words, many who are also brilliant writers. It is this ambience which helped me put my ideas and thought on paper and gave me the courage to share it with the world.
