If feasible, typically a 3 months assignment, Buyer's Broker agreement is time bound with disclaimers and clear milestones captured and signed by both parties. If the requirement would have a high variance from the market offerings then we shall communicate it to the client
transparently and advise the next steps.

Options PresentationEXTENSIVE SEARCH
Once PROPSERV confirms that it is feasible, PROPSERV shall undertake research in primary and secondary markets after receiving the Buyer's Broker fees. PROPSERV shall then submit relevant options to client.
DEAL CLOSURE
DEAL CLOSURE
If the transaction is successful, 50% fee is adjustable against brokerage. However, if transaction is unsuccessful, the upfront fee is not refundable. Moreover, if we are unable to provide options as per the requirements enlisted after taking up the assignment then the fees will be refunded without interest.
