The Orange Group ('Orange') is promoted by competent entrepreneurs with experience in developing 7,500 MW capacity of power projects (thermal, hydro, biomass and solar). The Group is focused on developing, constructing and operating renewable energy projects in the field of biomass, small hydro, wind and solar.
The 75 strong Orange team has expertise in project development, capital mobilization, contract awards & management, project management and power plant operations.

Who we are?
Sudhir Nunes
(CEO, Wind Business)
With an MA in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, as well as an MBA degree from IESE in Spain, Mr Nunes is a man of immense expertise and knowledge. He has been actively involved with energy innovation for the last 18 years, including managing investments for Renewable Energy Trust, a 25 million USD company.
He is also the founder of Orca Energy SL, an award-winning startup in Spain that focuses on building new energy storage technologies. He has previously worked at Gamesa, Intelligent Energy and General Electric.
Deepak Mawandia
(Director)
Deepak is the Chief Investment Officer of AT Capital Pte. Ltd. He has been with the Group since 2004 and has held several key positions in the Group's global portfolio of companies including KazStroyService and Khan Tengri Fund Plc.
Deepak has significant experience in private equity, corporate finance and restructuring, investments and tax management, spanning multi-country geographies including India, China, Singapore, Myanmar and the CIS region. He is also experienced in multi-industry investments in the fields of oil and gas, shipping, infrastructure, real estate, hospitality, renewable energy and emissions trading.
Deepak holds an MBA from INSEAD, France, and is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI, India. He also holds a degree in Cost and Works accounting from Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI).
Naresh Mansukhani
(Country Head - Solar)Mr. Mansukhani has over 27 years of rich and diversified professional experience. He moved to solar domain in 2009 and headed several leadership roles like Head Engineering, Head Strategic Sourcing, Head Techno-Commercial and CTO. He has been involved in various leadership roles creating opportunities for winning, building and sustaining solar PV projects of about 200 MW on ground and around 1000 MW in construction. He heads the overall solar business in Orange Renewable Power Pvt. Ltd.
Parag Agarwal
(CFO)An alumnus from Dr B. R. Ambedkar University, and a former Chartered Accountant, he has acquired substantial experience in the field of corporate and project finance, taxation, accounting, corporate restructuring, risk management in infrastructure, energy and consumer durable sector. He has previously worked with Indiabulls Power, LG and Carlsberg.

Arvind Tiku is the Founder and the current Managing Director of AT Capital Group, Singapore. with over 20 years of experience in commodities traning and business development, Mr Tiku has a proven track record in helping businesses reach their full potential. He is a serial entrepreneur with numerous successful ventures, specially in the Oil and gas sector.

He has previously spearheaded many corporations including Energy Investment AG and Nelson Resources Limited, a $2 billion company that has been listed on both the toronto and london stock exchange. Convinced that renewable energy is the future, he has successfully steered the group’s focus towards promotion sustainable level.
